Busy Gamer Streaming - 1st 60 mins of Fallout 76: Wastelanders

Ever since I played Fallout 3 at PAX 2008, I've been a fan. (No, I'm not an old school fan of the isometric games though I have since tried them.) Fallout 4 tested our fandom with its insistence that we build stuff. If we wanted to play Minecraft, we'd play Minecraft! Then Fallout 76 came out and we abandoned the franchise - for awhile.

When I upgraded to Xbox One X, I got the Fallout 76 edition which didn't have any fancy Vault-themed console design, just a code for the game. I streamed my experience with that hot mess last year.

Then Bethesda caved and rereleased the game as Fallout 76: Wastelanders, an update that patches in some NPC quests for those of us who don't care for the shared multiplayer experience. I only got so far in the first 30 minutes, so I streamed some more - where you can see me getting forced to build something to complete a mission (faceplant). Still, it's miles better than before but I can't bring myself to launch it very often:
