I've never been a huge Minecraft fan, but I've generally found things to enjoy about the series. I found much to like in Minecraft Dungeons and especially loved Telltale's Minecraft: Story Mode.
The same cannot be said for Minecraft Legends. It starts out with an amusing (if not slightly tone-deaf) intro, where you're expected to laugh at bunny murder and a terrified steed, and then reveals itself as a resource gathering and real-time strategy game. It did remind me that I want to go back and finish the hack-and-slash Dungeons campaign.
It's not too hard to pick up the basics, but I don't see myself investing much time in it:
