The bad news? Multiplayer in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes will be four-player splitscreen only. The good news includes Morph Ball cannons, a Scan visor that lets you hack into your enemy's suit and temporarily disable a feature (say, missiles) and a Death Ball mode that's like a Marble Madness melee. Nintendo hasn't decided whether to offer dual analog controls in addition to the wonky system from the first Metroid Prime -- let's hope they come to their senses and add this plus LAN support...
