Reports that Hexic HD on the Xbox 360 had been hacked were apparently overstated. While it is possible to unlock unearned achievements using an altered kiosk demo, they're not recorded to Xbox Live so they'll never be added to anyone's online gamer score. All you really get for your trouble is the nifty "Achievement Unlocked" animation. Microsoft actually answered this rumor, stating that "the folks above you [in Hexic] earned their way to the top"...
