The York University study found that gamers and people who are bilingual tend to be great multitaskers, thanks to their regular mental workouts. Meanwhile, New York City employee Edward Greenwood IX was fired last week after Mayor Michael Bloomberg observed a game of solitaire open on the man's work PC. The 39-year-old office assistant says he only played games at lunch and during short breaks, when he needed a brief respite from his heavy workload.
