Halo 3 has already been patched to improve multiplayer matchmaking and address some player complaints:
- Big Team Battles are now for 16 players
- Slayer games are much more frequent in Lone Wolves
- Shotty Snipers won't show up as often in the Team Slayer playlist and, if veto'd, you won't get it again right away
- The attacking team sees a waypoint for the VIP in one-sided VIP matches
