We bought two copies of the game, thinking we'd play it on different consoles at the same time. We never even cracked the second copy, instead opting to both play together and separately on the "nice TV," and we forgot to return it. Alas, the last three entries came in too late and didn't qualify for the drawing. I selected a random number a few minutes after the contest closed and the winner is Kyo Kusanagi. I've contacted Kyo and assuming he responds with a qualifying mailing address, he gets the prize.
There will be another drawing announced Friday - it will have a Master Chief connection too, but probably not in the way you'd think.
