If you bought the Fable II Limited Collector's Edition, you may have been surprised to find that it was not only a stripped down shell of the original announced set (minus the figurine and Fate cards). And, as an added insult, some of the boxes lacked the promised codes for the exclusive downloadable content:
- Bonus Dungeon: The Hall of the Dead
- Legendary Cutlass: The Wreckager
- Otherworldly Bonus: Halo Spartan-styled armor and energy sword found in the chest near the start of the game (plus the option to buy the title "Master Chief")
This reminds me of something - Lionhead is offering a promotion (I'm not sure for how long) for a free download of some of the Fable music. Just thought I'd give a heads up in case anyone is interested; you can find the info on their site.

No worries. I'm glad to have some chatter on the site. But I did stay up extra late finding those links so everyone could download the free Fable II goodies!
I have a little Fable 2 story. As Gamewatcher may recall I receive mail via PO BOX since I live in the sticks. But I get UPS/FEDEX at my house like everyone else. I bought Fable 2 on Amazon because I had a gift card, and will receive another for purchasing Fable 2. However, they did not allow PO BOX delivery. I assumed it was because they were shipping UPS. But they I gave a USPS tracking number, and it said yesterday it was undeliverable! So I figure they will send it back and I get a refund god knows when. And pick up Fable 2 at Target after work today. Of course, when I arrive home someone at the post office had half a brain and got the package to me. Guess its back to Target tomorrow.
