This week's giveaway is Tomb Raider: Anniversary for PC.If you played the first Tomb Raider game, this is essentially a remake on the awesome Crystal Dynamics engine that debuted with the Tomb Raider: Legend reboot of what had become a sad, tired series.
And if you've never played a Tomb Raider game, this is as good a place to start as any. Recent games in the series have been great, and this is a fitting tribute to the original that started it all.
Anniversary includes 14 story levels set in Peru, Greece, Egypt and a mysterious Lost Island, plus there's a Croft Manor training level replete with puzzles to solve. You can also speed run through the levels to get the best time trial ratings and unlock cheats such as infinite ammo.

The only Tomb Raider I played on the PC was "The Lost Artifact". I then switched to "The Last Revelation" on the Dreamcast. These games have not aged well. It was a good idea to have the original game updated to the current engine.
I think I played the very first Tomb Raider, and never again after that. This would be a great place to get back into it, now that I'm actually into gaming. I wasn't when I first tried it.
Count me in. I've only played Tomb Raider 1 & 2, so I haven't any bad experiences with the series.
Unfortunately the game gets a little more raggedy as it progresses, shifting increasingly from challenging to irritating. Parts of the game are very repetitive; in a section in which giant hammers destroy a bridge you must perform the same series of actions in several lookalike rooms. This is my personal review so i hope everyone should agree with me.

I've only played a little bit of the 1st Tomb Raider, but that was on my Saturn. :) That's also the 1st system I played Resident Evil on as well for the record.
