Nintendo released Netflix as a downloadable app from Wii Shop - so you no longer need a disc to access Instant Play with your Wii. Here are this week's downloads, demos and videos for the Wii and Nintendo DS:

- Virtual Console: Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest for Super NES ($8)

- Rock Band 2 tracks ($2 each; due Tuesday, October 19) "Bleed American," "My Best Theory" and "Pain" by Jimmy Eat World and "Big Empty," "Crackerman," "Creep," "Dead & Bloated," "Huckleberry Crumble" and "Trippin' on a Hole in a Paper Heart" by Stone Temple Pilots - Note: "Family friendly" tracks also work with Lego Rock Band.
