The adventures of Samus Aran are coming to the big screen and the director who's bringing it to you is: John Woo. The adaptation of Metroid will focus on the early days of the shapely space hero and her battles with Mother Brain. Hopefully, this movie won't be just another "Paycheck" for the director of Face/Off and such classics as The Killer, Hard-Boiled and Bullet in the Head.
