You may recall Ben's Game, which set out to empower young kids with cancer to face their disease head on. Now there's Re-Mission, a futuristic shooter where you play as a microscopic robot who travels through the human body and takes out cancer cells. In this case, the creators did research and found that cancer patients who played their game tended to stay on their medications and have a better quality of life.
