Despite many rumors of bans for players who manage to score an early copy of Halo 3, Microsoft says it's just not true. The latest word from the Redmond giant is that "Microsoft is not taking any action (such as banning Xbox Live accounts) against gamers who are playing Halo 3 before the official street date.
