Wii and DS Stuff - Equilibrio, Uncharted Waters and DSi launch

Nintendo DSi early adopters is that there's a new DSi store, which resembles a very empty version of Wii Shop and an even emptier shell compared to the the iPhone app store. The good news? You get $10 worth of Nintendo Points to spend on your first purchases if you're willing to jump through a few registration and linking hoops. The bad news? Your Wii Points and Nintendo Points are NOT interchangeable, so that $2 you have sitting in your Wii account won't buy you anything in DSiWare.

Here's what's new this week at the Wii Shop, DSi Shop and Nintendo (Marketing) Channel:

• WiiWare: Equilibrio ($5)
• Virtual Console: Uncharted Waters: New Horizons for Super NES ($8)
• DSiWare: Opera Internet Browser (free), Art Style: Aquia ($5), Bird & Beans ($2), Brain Age Express: Math ($8), Master of Illusion Express: Funny Face ($2) and WarioWare: Snapped! ($5)
• Rock Band 2 tracks ($2 each; due Tuesday, April 7) "Heartbreaker" by Pat Benatar, "DOA," "This is a Call" and "Times Like These" by Foo Fighters, "Geraldine" by Glasvegas, "Don’t Stop Believing" by Journey, "Rock 'n' Roll Star" by Oasis, "C’mon C’mon" by The Von Bondies, plus SpongeBob SquarePants songs ($1 each) "The Best Day Ever Song," "I Can’t Keep My Eyes Off of You" and "Where’s Gary?"
