This week's giveaway honors the Penny Arcade Expo kicking off next Friday. You did see our Busy Gamer Guide to PAX, right? Yeah, we're serious devotees! As a result, we tend to buy everything Penny Arcade - even stuff we're not really into. Case in point: The now rare Penny Arcade UFS Card Battle Game by Sabertooth Games.
The artwork on the cards alone makes this a serious collectible, but if you're into card battle games it's a treasure! We're really not as big on the genre as we tried to be three years ago, so we thought we'd pass these on to someone who could really appreciate them. When it was released in 2006, the game would run you about $30. Nowaways? Out of print and priceless. And, in this case, free for one lucky winner.
OK, so we did find one for sale for $200 new online. These, alas, have been opened. But they're still awesome.

Be sure to read the Sweepstakes Rules to ensure you are eligible to win and don't get disqualified by double-posting or forgetting to provide an e-mail address.

I hope to go to PAX east coast when it gets here, but alas I can't travel to go to this years. I did however go to BotCon (Transformers convention) years ago and from your guide I must say listen about the bathing. Also make friends, visit a few Hotel parties(there are bound to be a few)and meet people, have a good time. For some of you PAX will be a once this lifetime thing. Make the most of that.

I went to PAX last year for the first time by myself. I definately recommend bringing a friend along with you. Still it was a blast and I got my games "that I suck at" are stupid T-Shirt there.

I'm not a busy gamer, but I am one who isn't going to PAX, alas, so I will be keeping an eye on the guide for PAX. Perhaps next year will be my year.
Loved the guide layout (game quest mood)and the info was helpful.
I remember seeing some of the artwork for these in the 2nd (I think) PA book, and I loved the style. Hopefully East Coast PAX will actually happen one day.

One tip there will be lots of walking around at PAX so bring comfy shoes! Another one if you can get a hotel as clost as possible because driving to the convention center WILL SUCK. That way you can walk there and not deal with traffic.

I haven't known about Penny Arcade as long as some other people might have but from what I have seen of them, they are very interesting and respectable to hear from. On another note, have a good time at PAX. It looks like a lot of fun and I hope that I can manage to go someday.

The guide looks very detailed, and I'm sure that it help a lot for people who attend the event. :)
UFS is actually a great game, but like Magic, if you can't keep up with the newest set, your SOL. That said, this one is a two player set thats balanced against itself fairly well.
Anyway, this is my third PAX! If you wanna get into the Keynote or PA Q&A #1, get in line as early as possible. Say half an hour before at LEAST. Seats go fast! Basically anything in the main theater is going to fill up so plan accordingly.
