I have a number of AAA games lined up to play, but today I felt like trying something low key. So here is Tiny Bookshop. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it's not this. It is kinda enjoyable though, especially once you get to the recommend-a-book minigame. I am still getting the hang of stocking books (I would love if I could auto-sort them by type, but what are you gonna do?!).
I can see that visiting new areas and winning over the locals with my great taste in literature will take some time. I just wish the controls were a little easier to manage, and that I could look over the shoulders of the shoppers as they peruse and make their choices:
