I picked up Stunt Paradise on an Xbox sale because it reminded me of the Trials motorbike stunt series, only with cars. And it is exactly that. The only real gripe I have is that there are no checkpoints, so when you fail inches from the finish line you'll have to restart the entire level. They're relatively short levels, at least so far, so it's not that much of a pain.
I only did about 15 minutes on this one since I almost always go over on these videos, and you'll get the gist of the game from the first seven levels:
