You know I have a soft spot for hidden object games. Unsolved Case: Killer Popularity may be the first I've played on console that isn't by Artifex Mundi and doesn't feature cats as the main thing to find.
It's a very mixed bag. On one hand, the difficulty is higher. On the other, the voice acting is much worse - and not in a good way. Typically this genre features funny bad performances, but this one's just bad - coupled with hideous lip sync. I also accidentally skipped a mini game when all I wanted was to find help on how to play it.
I'll probably beat it eventually but will continue to favor Artifex Mundi when buying games of this type:
